Emerging Medical Science Journal is committed to publishing high-quality research articles that advance the field of medical science. The following guidelines are intended to help authors prepare and submit their manuscripts for consideration.

  1. Scope

The journal welcomes original research articles, review articles, and case reports in the field of medical science. The manuscripts should be of high quality and should provide new insights or advances in the field.

  1. Formatting

The manuscript should be formatted according to the journal's guidelines, which can be found on the journal's website. The manuscript should be written in English and should be clearly and concisely written.

  1. Originality

The manuscript should be original and should not have been published elsewhere. If any part of the manuscript has been published elsewhere, the authors should indicate this and provide proper citation.

  1. Ethics

The authors should follow ethical principles in conducting their research and writing their manuscript. This includes obtaining informed consent from human subjects and following guidelines for the care and use of animals.

  1. Data Accessibility

The authors should provide sufficient detail and transparency to allow others to reproduce their results. If the data is not publicly accessible, the authors should provide a reason for this.

  1. Conflict of Interest

The authors should declare any potential conflicts of interest, including any financial relationships or affiliations that could influence the interpretation of their results.

  1. Plagiarism

The authors should ensure that their manuscript does not contain plagiarized material. All sources used in the manuscript should be properly cited, and the authors should obtain the necessary permissions for any material that is not their own.

  1. Peer Review

All manuscripts are subject to a rigorous peer review process, and the authors should expect to receive constructive feedback from the reviewers. The authors should respond to the reviewers' comments and make any necessary revisions to the manuscript.

Emerging Medical Science Journal Manuscript Guidelines

  1. Length of Manuscript: The length of the manuscript should be appropriate for the content and should not exceed 5000 words, excluding references, tables, figures, and appendices.

  2. Style: The manuscript should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English. The authors should use standard spelling, grammar, and punctuation conventions.

  3. Title Page: The title page should include the title of the manuscript, the names and affiliations of all authors, and the corresponding author's contact information.

  4. Abstract: The abstract should be a concise summary of the study, including the background, methods, results, and conclusions. The abstract should not exceed 250 words.

  5. Keywords: The authors should provide a list of 3 to 5 keywords that accurately describe the content of the manuscript.

  6. Introduction: The introduction should provide background information and context for the study, and should clearly state the research question or objective of the study.

  7. Methods: The methods section should describe the study design, population, and methods used, including any procedures, interventions, or data collection methods. The authors should provide sufficient detail to allow others to reproduce their results.

  8. Results: The results section should present the results of the study in a clear and concise manner, including any tables, figures, or graphs as necessary. The results of any statistical tests should be reported, including the appropriate level of significance.

  9. Discussion: The discussion should interpret the results of the study, explaining what they mean and how they contribute to the field of medical science. The authors should discuss the limitations of the study and any implications for future research.

  10. Conclusion: The conclusion should summarize the main findings and conclusions of the study and discuss the implications of the results for the field of medical science.

  11. References: The references should be listed in a standardized format, such as the Vancouver citation style. All sources cited in the text should be included in the reference list, and all references listed in the reference list should be cited in the text.

  12. Tables, Figures, and Graphs: Any tables, figures, or graphs should be used to support the results of the study and should be labeled with descriptive titles and captions.

Note: These guidelines are intended as a general guideline and may be subject to change based on the specific requirements of Emerging Medical Science Journal.

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • I am aware that accepted manuscripts are subject to an Article Processing Charge.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
